General conditions applicable to reservations. These conditions will follow the relations between Rambla 102 Apartments, owner of this website and provider of the services offered, and customers.
The amount pending payment will be paid in cash or by credit card, when the customer arrives at the apartment.
Cancellation and modification of the reservations
The customer can select the rate that best suits their needs.
Free cancellation fee: Full payment of the reservation will be made upon arrival. If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the arrival date, there will be no additional charge. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance or in case of no-show will imply the charge on your credit card of 30% of the total price of the stay.
Unforeseen circumstances: In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (such as unplanned renovations to the building, floods, etc.) Rambla 102 Apartments may assign the customer a different apartment than the one reserved, as long as it has similar characteristics.
In case you do not agree with the assigned apartment, you can cancel your reservation and get a refund of the amount you have paid, except for the rental period that you have already enjoyed. In these cases, Rambla 102 Apartments will not assume any responsibility.
The amount of the reservation includes VAT (10%), weekly cleaning, final cleaning of the stay as well as water, energy and telecommunications supplies.
However, it is not included:
The additional services that the customer may contract.
Tourist tax: € 3.30 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights.
The reservation price includes a weekly cleaning service and the final cleaning of the stay. If the customers stay is longer than 1 week, we will make a change of sheets and towels. Despite the existence of this service, the customer is responsible for cleaning the apartment, removing the waste generated and leaving it in reasonable order and cleanliness.
Additional cleaning is available on request at an extra charge.
Number of guests
The client must inform Rambla 102 Apartments of the number of guests in the reservation.
Only those persons indicated in the reservation made can stay in the apartment, unless an alternative agreement has been reached with Rambla 102 Apartments.
Check-in / check-out
• Arrival. The entrance to our apartments is made from 2:00 p.m. If you want to enter the apartment before the established hours, please let us know in order to organize, if possible, an early check-in.
• Departure: The apartments must be free for cleaning at the latest at 11.00.
Please note that late check-in has the following additional charges:
From 20.00 to 22.00: € 30
From 22.00 to 24.00: € 40
From 24.00 to 01.00: € 50
Check-in after 01:00 on request
• Self check-in: There is the possibility of self-check-in. Access to the building and the keys to the apartment with a numerical code. In this case there will be no extra charge for late check-in.
Use of the apartment: By making a reservation on this website, customers agree to make good use of the rented apartment, excusing Rambla 102 Apartments from any responsibility for any damage that this use may cause.
Valuable items: Rambla 102 Apartments is not responsible for valuables that the customers brings and / or deposits in the apartment. All apartments have a safe.
Damage caused: The customer will be responsible for damages caused to the floor, except for normal wear caused by daily use of the floor.
• Groups are not accepted, and it is not possible to book more than 2 apartments.
• Parties are not allowed in the apartments.
• Animals are not allowed in the apartments.
• Respect the hours of the neighbours, so noisy activities are prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00.
• Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. In case of breaching this rule there will be a fine of up to 200 euros to cover the costs of cleaning, upholstery, curtains and bedspreads.
The serious and/or repeated breach of the conditions established above will allow Rambla 102 Apartments the right to demand the immediate abandonment of the apartment, without compensation.
In compliance with article 5, section 1.a. of Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform the customer that the personal data provided will be incorporated into a file duly registered in the Registry established for this purpose by the Data Protection Agency, and will serve for the effective provision of the services that the customer has contracted.
Only those employees and suppliers who must know such data in order to provide the services will have access to them. In any case, the customer can exercise the rights of access, opposition, rectification and cancellation provided for in the aforementioned Law.
